Cedar Creek Animal Clinic has an opening for someone who has great customer service skills, has basic computer knowledge, is detail oriented and able to multi-task and is willing to learn more about veterinary medicine and our clinic operations. This position would be full-time with a competitive wage and benefit package. Job duties would include but not be limited to:

Customer Service - Greeting clients and patients in a friendly manner when they arrive and assist them with whatever they need; helping clients at the front counter with the purchase of supplies, perform money transactions and complete end-of-day reporting and audits; answering the phone in a polite and professional manner, taking detailed messages and scheduling appointments, placing phone calls to remind clients of their appointments; running errands as needed.
Teamwork - Helping our staff with daily tasks to ensure our patients are receiving the care they need in an efficient manner; learning about our daily operations, our purpose and helping us hold high standards in animal health care and customer relations; cleaning and restocking the clinic throughout the day.
